INITIAL EVALUATION

Your first 1-on-1, 60-Minute Session. During the evaluation we review your goals, past injuries, and take you through a full body movement screen based on what you're trying to get back to.

HOW IT WORKS:

Determine the root cause of your injury

Create baseline mobility and strength

Map out your personalised plan

[ STEP 3 ]

EXECUTE YOUR PLAN

Your evaluation gives you the plan, now it's time to execute. Work with your Doctor to regain mobility in needed areas, get stronger for your sport, and do it all pain-free!
